Transportation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate communication with the warehouse regarding timely production and purchase orders designated for Coyote and carrier lines.

• Track units via satellite to manage warehouse entry and exit efficiently.

• Organize operator entry based on loading schedules and warehouse capacity.

• Oversee and coordinate merchandise loading operations within the warehouse.

• Ensure that operators possess safety equipment and adhere to plant/warehouse regulations.

• Administer exit documentation (CCP) and confirm the operation of satellite units.

• Serve as a point of contact among Coyote, carrier lines, and the warehouse.

• Detect and address operational challenges during the loading and unloading processes.

• Keep precise daily activity logs and report any incidents or discrepancies.

• Must guarantee that operators are equipped with safety gear and comply with plant/warehouse protocols.

• Must oversee the management of exit documentation (CCP).

• Must ensure the proper functioning of the satellite unit.

• Must maintain precise daily activity logs and report any incidents or deviations.

• May need to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer.
