Technical Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical delivery of enterprise data integration and migration projects.

• Take ownership of solution architecture, technical discovery, data mapping, development oversight, testing, deployment, and readiness for production.

• Act as the lead technical delivery contact for clients.

• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, data migration experts, project managers, and client stakeholders.

• Make architectural decisions and eliminate delivery challenges.

• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Direct development teams and evaluate technical designs, integration architectures, migration strategies, and deliverables.

• Address complex integration and migration issues.

• Provide technical guidance and hold engineering teams accountable for successful project execution.

• Manage client expectations, technical status updates, delivery risks, schedules, resources, milestones, dependencies, and issue resolution.

• Assist in project financial management and profitability.

• Support sales efforts and business development initiatives.

• Travel periodically as required by business and client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading the technical delivery of enterprise data integration and migration projects.

• Demonstrated capability to manage technical teams, including integration architects, developers, data engineers, migration specialists, and QA professionals.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, or similar iPaaS technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration architecture.

• Experience in leading data migrations to Salesforce, covering source system analysis, data mapping, transformation, cleansing coordination, loading, reconciliation, and validation.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce data architecture, objects, relationships, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Ability to facilitate technical discovery workshops to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and convert business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in managing technical delivery timelines, resource assignments, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.

• Solid understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), migration mock loads, cutover planning, and production deployment.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting intricate data integration and migration problems.

• Experience in managing client expectations, conveying technical status, and escalating delivery risks as needed.

• Ability to support project financial management, including resource utilization, delivery budgets, estimated hours, and overall profitability.

• Strong client-facing communication skills, stakeholder management, and technical leadership abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and geographically distributed delivery teams.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise data integration, data migration, software engineering, or data architecture.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing technical delivery teams and complex enterprise technology implementations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise integration and/or data migration solutions.

• Willingness to travel periodically based on business and client requirements.

• Relevant certifications, including MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Salesforce, Informatica, PMP/CSM, Azure, AWS, and Snowflake certifications.
