Senior Project Manager – IT Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and oversee IT projects throughout their entire life cycle utilizing the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology.

• Achieve project results within the parameters established in the approved Statement of Work.

• Direct Professional Services teams in the initiation, planning, and timely delivery of technology solutions within budget constraints.

• Coordinate internal and external communications, manage project costs, maintain customer relationships, and engage with project teams and stakeholders.

• Oversee complex, multi-functional technology projects encompassing cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, collaboration, managed services, and digital workplace solutions.

• Execute project planning, management, control, and closure activities.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and quality gates.

• Oversee project scope and lead change management along with Project Change Requests.

• Manage project budgets, profitability goals, billing milestones, and Earned Value reporting.

• Develop and maintain master project plans while coordinating delivery resources.

• Identify, document, and address project risks and issues effectively.

• Formulate communication plans that encompass meetings, status updates, and escalation management.

• Ensure all deliverables align with Statement of Work requirements and receive customer acceptance.

• Supervise deliverables from third-party vendors and partners.

• Document and disseminate lessons learned to foster continuous process improvement.

• Assist engineers in implementing projects related to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Services technologies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies.

• Provide customer service that aligns with expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field along with formal Project Management Training.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise-level project management, handling complex Information Technology projects and leading teams of up to 10 resources.

• More than 7 years of project management experience specifically in IT Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with Project, Project Portfolio, or Workforce Management systems (e.g., Service Now).

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.

• CAPM, ITIL, CSM, and/or other technical certifications are advantageous.

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Must fulfill the physical demands of the position, which may include occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
