Technical Customer Support Agent, Italian-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers of a high-end technology and home appliance brand

• Manage inquiries related to sales, after-sales, product support, delivery, and technical issues

• Utilize digital diagnostic tools to resolve problems

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Italian at C1+/native level

• Proficiency in English is necessary

• Prior experience in customer service is essential

• Applicants must currently reside in Greece

• A valid work permit/right to work in Greece is required

• Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 21:00

• Initial contract duration of 8 months
