This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership of a portfolio of key enterprise clients, ensuring their long-term success, adoption, and retention.
β’ Comprehend the reasons behind each customerβs decision to choose Codility, identify their required outcomes, and develop clear account plans to meet those objectives.
β’ Cultivate robust relationships within both Talent and Engineering departments.
β’ Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive evaluations, translating product usage and customer data into actionable recommendations and next steps.
β’ Identify adoption gaps, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion proactively.
β’ Assist engineering teams in understanding best practices related to technical assessments, interview processes, and AI-assisted development.
β’ Independently manage routine technical and product discussions, involving Solutions Engineering, Product, or Support when specialized expertise is necessary.
β’ Collaborate with Account Management and Solutions Engineering on renewals, expansions, and intricate customer requirements.
β’ Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to how Codility meets the needs of technical clients.
β’ Stay informed about the evolving landscape of AI in software development and technical hiring, guiding customers through these changes with confidence.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, or a related post-sales position within B2B SaaS.
β’ Familiarity with developer tools, engineering software, cloud/data/security platforms, APIs, or other highly technical products utilized by engineering teams.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts, preferably involving complex stakeholder groups and significant ARR.
β’ Proficient in building relationships with Engineering Managers, Directors/VPs of Engineering, and CTO-level stakeholders, as well as Talent teams.
β’ Strong grasp of adoption strategies, account planning, customer health metrics, QBRs, renewal risks, and expansion tactics.
β’ Technically inquisitive and comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, developer workflows, technical hiring, and the impact of AI on software engineering.
β’ Excellent communication skills to facilitate understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex subjects.
β’ Proactive, commercially savvy, and able to work independently in a streamlined environment.
β’ AI-savvy in your approach, utilizing tools like LLMs and copilots to analyze information, automate routine tasks, and enhance customer outcomes.
