This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical authority on the Cyera Platform
• Build trusted advisory relationships with clients ranging from practitioners to executives
• Facilitate customer adoption through onboarding and training initiatives
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes
• Create and present tailored use cases employing a consultative methodology
• Foster ongoing adoption, customer value, return on investment, engagement, and growth
• Identify and address barriers to customer success in partnership with colleagues
• Champion customer feedback to shape Cyera’s roadmap and product evolution
• Utilize self-paced training resources to enhance customer learning
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges impacting customers
• Track and report on customer health, usage metrics, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with customers to create joint success plans
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally
• Mentor team members and assist in their professional growth
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience is a plus
• 12 years of experience with strong project management abilities, allowing for effective planning, organization, and execution of multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with tight deadlines
• A results-driven mindset, demonstrating a proven history of driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting feature adoption, and enhancing customer retention
• Previous collaboration experience with Development teams
• Proficient in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or similar), and hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Over 3 years of direct experience with data technologies and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration (e.g., cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM and permissions, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages and experience with APIs and web services
• Proven expertise in DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred
• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company is essential
• Established track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and growth
• A proactive, self-driven, and innovative team player who consistently works to foster customer loyalty
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills, especially in nurturing and developing strategic relationships
• A clear and concise verbal and written communicator, adept at conveying complex information effectively
• Proficient in leading both executive meetings and technical workshops, exhibiting confidence and expertise
• Capable of working independently, tackling complex challenges, and successfully completing tasks that may lack comprehensive documentation
• Willingness to travel 25-50% annually
