Technical Curriculum Developer – Technical Enablement

📋 Description

• Create and design curriculum and instructional resources for Stripe's products and applications, utilizing instructional design methodologies and pertinent industry benchmarks.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers to assess learning requirements and validate technical information.

• Develop e-learning modules, tutorials, documentation, videos, and interactive demonstrations tailored for various audiences.

• Create assessments to evaluate learner understanding and track their progression.

• Utilize learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and training data to assess effectiveness and enhance content.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for content prior to general availability, collecting feedback to refine the resources.

• Keep training materials accurate and relevant as Stripe’s products progress, integrating relevant advancements in technology and instructional design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical training.

• Proficient in translating intricate technical concepts into written, multimedia, or interactive educational materials for diverse audiences.

• Skilled in creating digital learning content using authoring, learning management, and multimedia tools.

• Experienced in leveraging learning feedback and training data to assess and enhance learning materials.

• Capable of managing multiple content projects and deadlines while working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
