Technical Consulting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of Technical Consultants across France and the UK, offering coaching, guidance, performance support, and prioritization.

• Create and implement a comprehensive 3–6-month strategy for the team, balancing personnel priorities, project execution, business needs, and evolving technologies.

• Handle internal and client escalations by identifying root causes, assessing options, and determining the best path to resolution or further escalation.

• Promote the adoption and effective use of AI within Technical Consulting to enhance productivity, problem-solving, technical delivery, and client empowerment.

• Serve as a technical leader and contributor on client projects, comprehending requirements and translating them into efficient solutions.

• Supervise data migration and ETL processes, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and resolution of intricate migration challenges.

• Assist with integrations between ANAQUA and other platforms or systems, including batch processes and software development as necessary.

• Collaborate within a matrix organization with Project Managers, Business Consultants, technical teams, and broader stakeholders to align priorities and communicate progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in people management and technical leadership, preferably managing consultants, technical specialists, or implementation professionals in a client-facing setting.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee team priorities, performance, development, and escalations, with the discernment to make decisions and recognize when to engage broader stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and working effectively within a matrix organization.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools, with an understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance technical consulting and team productivity.

• A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to identify and implement opportunities to integrate new technologies and AI into existing workflows.

• Solid technical foundation in C# and ASP.NET.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, including queries, stored procedures, and views.

• Comprehensive understanding of relational databases.

• Extensive experience in data migration, ETL processes, and data transformation.

• Experience with K2View or similar data migration tools is highly desirable.

• Experience in systems integration, software implementation, or technical consulting.

• Ability to analyze complex issues and effectively communicate solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Intellectual Property experience is a plus, and training will be provided.
