Technical Consultant – Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create tailored reports and disclosures within S/4 and SAP Contract and Lease Management.

• Configure and provide support for the SAP Contract and Lease Management system specifically for Lease In Only transactions.

• Integrate SAP CLM with Assets, Vendor master, Finance Master Data, and G/L subledgers.

• Assist in the data conversion process for around 200 contracts.

• Implement custom spreadsheet upload functionalities for data conversion, new contract creation, and modifications to existing contracts.

• Develop customized Maker/Checker workflows for contract approval processes and journal entry park/post activities.

• Tailor disclosure reporting specifications as required.

• Engage in DEV, SIT, and UAT testing cycles.

• Provide training to users.

• Support the cutover and post-go-live phases in SAP PROD.

• Facilitate a solution encompassing approximately 10 company codes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SAP S/4 and SAP Contract and Lease Management reporting development.

• Familiarity with SAP CLM and its integration with Assets, Vendor master, Finance Master Data, and G/L subledgers.

• Understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.

• Proven experience with spreadsheet uploads for data conversion, new contract creation, and contract modifications.

• Expertise in developing custom workflows for Maker/Checker approvals and managing parked/posted journal entry transactions.

• Experience in customizing disclosure reporting.

• Background in DEV, SIT, and UAT testing cycles.

• Capability to assist with user training, cutover, and post-go-live activities in SAP PROD.
