Technical Consultant – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate customers on product functionalities, setup environments, and implement crucial prototyping features.

• Collect requirements and create, as well as deliver, software solutions utilizing Logi Analytics products.

• Illustrate product value by addressing technical challenges and providing proof of concept demonstrations.

• Document and suggest best practices for Logi clients.

• Act as the primary product expert and advocate for appropriate product usage.

• Develop insights into customer needs and represent the customer base internally.

• Empower customers and potential clients through in-depth knowledge of Logi products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in aligning customer requirements with software solutions.

• Background in offering technical consulting for the development of data-driven web applications.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with Content Management Systems.

• Proficient in using Git.

• Knowledgeable in IDEs such as Eclipse and Visual Studio.

• Expertise in relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.

• Proficient in working with REST APIs.

• Experience with Java EE, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Node.js, Spring Boot, shell scripting, or Python.

• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, Bootstrap, or Material.

• Proficiency in either Windows or Linux environments.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or containerization technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must have eligibility to work in the United States; sponsorship is not offered.
