Technical Consultant, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support customers in optimizing their use of the Atlassian product suite, which includes Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, along with related technologies such as Slack.

• Assist clients in system integration, process automation, and achieving operational efficiencies.

• Provide expert advice and design solutions.

• Carry out hands-on product setup, migrations, upgrades, and performance enhancements.

• Collect and analyze requirements, research and present solutions, and offer recommendations.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, defining project scope and estimates, designing solutions, and creating proposals.

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and improvement projects.

• Travel to client locations and work onsite as needed.

• Install, upgrade, and migrate Atlassian applications and related technologies.

• Design and implement customized Atlassian solutions, including workflows, plugins, scripts, and configurations.

• Develop scripting solutions utilizing Groovy and Python.

• Conduct database administration and querying tasks.

• Integrate Atlassian and other applications using REST APIs.

• Administer Linux and Windows systems, particularly application servers.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of Atlassian products, related technologies, and collaborative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Germany.

• Proficiency in German is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with migrations.

• Background in technical consulting using Atlassian toolsets.

• Scripting experience with ScriptRunner or Groovy/Python.

• Familiarity with system administration, including Linux and Bash scripting.

• Experience with database operations.

• Proficient in setting up cloud infrastructure with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience in presenting solutions to clients based on their requirements.

• Experience in writing and contributing to technical reports.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to think innovatively and creatively.

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and persistent.
