Senior Consultant, Direct Web Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Transform Adobe Analytics and enterprise sales data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Examine the complete digital shopping and conversion funnel to pinpoint performance drivers and friction areas.

• Create and sustain scalable analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards.

• Collaborate with business and product teams to formulate hypotheses, establish measurement methodologies, and assess changes in the digital shopping experience.

• Evaluate the impact of projects, experiments, and business initiatives against predefined KPIs.

• Convey insights and recommendations to management effectively.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Product Management, Technology/IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities, question assumptions with data, enhance analytical processes, and influence business and digital strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data and analytics.

• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python and R.

• Expertise in data visualization, preferably using Power BI.

• Background in creating dashboards, reports, alerts, and business-ready metrics.

• Knowledge of analyzing customer journeys, conversion behaviors, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

• Ability to define measurement plans, key performance indicators, and tracking requirements.

• Capability to design and conduct complex analyses utilizing sound decision-making and problem-solving methods.

• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to management.

• Competence in supporting data governance, privacy, security, and compliance practices.

• Must submit to a background investigation.

• A dedicated, private workspace is required when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
