This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Foster consistent communication with candidates, offering updates and feedback at every stage of the process.

• Achieve weekly quotas for calls and emails to build a pipeline of suitable candidates.

• Recruit candidates across logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors.

• Analyze industry trends and provide insights regarding operational and contingent workforce needs.

• Assist clients in enhancing their growth and maintaining a competitive advantage.

• Aid in the preparation of materials for client presentations and engagement activities.

• Handle contracts and compliance documentation efficiently.

• Compile and deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.

• Support essential sales activities by supplying pertinent market information.

• Update records for candidates and clients while ensuring accurate sales-pipeline data.

• Fundamental understanding of theories, practices, and procedures within the relevant discipline.

• Capability to execute tasks using established procedures.

• Ability to work under the guidance and direction of senior roles or a manager.

• Proficiency in adhering to standardized procedures and practices to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

• Skill in exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and verifying understanding.

• Capacity to meet weekly quotas for calls and emails.

• Knowledge of the logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries.

• Proficiency in processing contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with industrial legislation.

• Ability to create reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction.

• Basic skills in sales activities and management of candidate/client records.
