Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop solutions utilizing TeamDynamix products, including iPaaS and Conversational AI.

• Construct, maintain, and enhance automations and integrations between TeamDynamix offerings and client systems.

• Educate clients on best practices for iPaaS and automation strategies.

• Collect and document requirements for integration and automation.

• Work collaboratively with clients to validate the proposed solutions.

• Configure, test, and fine-tune integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Discover innovative uses of automation and technology to address customer challenges.

• Provide proactive technical assistance and resolve issues to reduce downtime.

• Act as a technical resource for the Professional Services team.

• Oversee multiple client projects and manage competing priorities.

• Deliver project updates to management.

• Contribute to the development of knowledge base content and best practices.

• Enhance service delivery processes for improved efficiency and resource management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or solution automation within SaaS environments.

• 3+ years of direct experience working with customers in a technical setting.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services.

• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or no-code/low-code automation tools (preferred).

• Exposure to or practical experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to convert business requirements into innovative, scalable technical solutions.

• Flexibility to transition between advisory, consulting, and support roles.

• Experience with conversational AI or virtual service agent technologies (a plus).
