Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard configurations, custom development, and data migration aspects of Salesforce implementations

• Create and implement solutions for clients based on architect-designed frameworks

• Analyze project requirements and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations

• Operate within an agile and cooperative environment adhering to Salesforce methodologies

• Work remotely while teaming up with global groups to deliver results across various regions

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is exclusively available to current or former Salesforce interns; other applicants will not be considered

• Fundamental understanding of any programming language; preferences include JavaScript, Java, and Apex

• Basic front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); knowledge of LWC is advantageous

• Basic familiarity with a version control system; Git is preferred

• Understanding of branching models; Git Flow is preferred

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Basic comprehension of REST and SOAP APIs

• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Basic understanding of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus

• Having Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin certification and being a Ranger on Trailhead is a bonus

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish is essential

• Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational or planning skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in teams
