Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical and technical assistance for the ILLUMISITE™ Platform throughout the entire customer journey.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and educational programs for customers.

• Assist with system installations, implementation processes, and customer onboarding.

• Provide on-site procedural assistance before, during, and after clinical events.

• Educate physicians and clinical teams on the platform's features, workflows, and best practices.

• Diagnose product, application, and workflow challenges, coordinating solutions with internal teams.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to meet business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Build and sustain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key customer stakeholders.

• Provide support to clients throughout Spain, with approximately 75–80% travel within the territory and occasional travel across Western Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related clinical/scientific field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in supporting medical technologies, clinical applications, or healthcare clients.

• Proven experience in delivering product demonstrations, customer training, or technical presentations.

• Background in assisting healthcare professionals in clinical, technical, or customer-facing roles.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% within Spain and occasionally to other parts of Western Europe.

• Experience with pulmonary, respiratory, navigation, imaging, or minimally invasive procedural technologies.

• Familiarity with providing clinical case coverage and field-based support in hospital settings.

• Understanding of bronchoscopy, pulmonary procedures, or thoracic care pathways.

• Experience working with cross-functional commercial, clinical, and technical teams.

• Skills in troubleshooting medical devices, healthcare technology platforms, or clinical applications.

• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
