This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Collaborate with client IT and business teams to comprehend the systems landscape, integration requirements, data flows, and technical limitations.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications for configuration, customization, and integration.

• Set up VibeIQ technical settings, APIs, SSO/identity management, permissions, roles, and tailored data models.

• Assist with the advanced configuration of Plans, Boards, and Showcases to align with business operations.

• Design, develop, and implement integrations with ERP, PLM, PIM, DAM, BI, or other retail systems.

• Construct and maintain data pipelines and APIs to guarantee smooth data synchronization.

• Utilize middleware tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda/API Gateway.

• Lead data migration efforts, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.

• Implement data quality checks and governance during the implementation phase.

• Create and execute test plans to ensure solution validation and successful deployments.

• Resolve technical issues that arise during configuration, data migration, or go-live phases.

• Deliver technical training and documentation for client IT/technical teams.

• Provide support during go-live and hypercare to stabilize solutions after deployment.

• Gather technical feedback from clients and collaborate with product/engineering to recommend enhancements.

• Work in partnership with clients and ArcherGrey colleagues to create best practices and methodologies for VibeIQ implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience with PTC FlexPLM (required).

• Strong functional and technical expertise in solution design, configuration, and data migration.

• Proven ability to bridge technical and business requirements in client-facing consulting roles.

• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies effectively.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Extensive experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML).

• Familiarity with data migration and ETL (SQL, Python, or integration platforms).

• Solid understanding of retail IT ecosystems: ERP, PLM, PIM, DAM, CRM, BI.
