Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer customer support services.

• Define and document support requests.

• Perform technical site visits, with a willingness to travel to different cities.

• Provide training and engage in related activities.

• Deliver expert consulting on pension administration.

• Assist clients and monitor inquiries related to pension administration.

• Recognize needs and create solutions that align with Brazil’s Municipal and State Public Pension Systems (RPPS).

• Enhance service quality and build stronger relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related disciplines.

• Background in customer service or consulting for RPPS organizations, or with public pension systems.

• Understanding of pension legislation and its implementation.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Effective written communication skills.

• Comfortable using technology.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Demonstrated proactivity and empathy.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Resilience and eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity with SISPREV WEB or another RPPS system.

• Previous experience at a pension institute.

• Completion of courses in Medical Assessment, Comprev, eSocial, or Pró-Gestão.

• Knowledge of SQL or Power BI.

• Experience with functional specifications and software acceptance testing.
