This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Oversee, manage, and track licensing obligations for both established and newly regulated igaming markets.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the regulatory environment.
• Evaluate igaming regulatory compliance standards across existing and newly regulated markets.
• Take ownership and implement the company’s certification roadmap.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
• Identify, document, and enhance business processes for better alignment with compliance requirements.
• Create project plans, reports, and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery of work within scope, timeframe, and budget.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years in a compliance-focused role within the gaming sector.
• Familiarity with gambling products.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance across various European jurisdictions from a B2B provider perspective.
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance best practices for RNG-driven and Live Casino games.
• Strong knowledge of the certification lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with different testing laboratories (e.g., QUINEL, GLI, BMM).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management with a commitment to integrity.
• Competence in communicating effectively with individuals at all levels as a subject matter expert.
• Experience in project management, including developing project plans, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• A commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities swiftly.
• Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
