This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Take charge of compliance processes for healthcare professionals across various clients.
• Oversee compliance files from the beginning to the end, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled prior to assignment start dates.
• Examine, validate, and uphold licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records.
• Guarantee compliance files align with regulatory, accreditation, and specific client standards.
• Manage workflows, deadlines, deliverables, expirations, outstanding requirements, and time-sensitive compliance tasks.
• Propel completion through follow-ups and coordination; pinpoint and escalate risks or delays.
• Act as a primary contact for both internal and external compliance communications.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies, vendors, and client representatives to finalize compliance items.
• Keep precise records in VMS, ATS, and compliance systems.
• Monitor compliance progress, documentation, and status; ensure data integrity and readiness for audits.
• Assure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and specific client standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage diverse compliance requirements for clients, MSPs, and specific programs.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and contribute to process enhancements.
• Collaborate on the execution of quality, throughput, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop expertise in compliance systems and enhance knowledge of regulations, client expectations, and best practices.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance.
• Proven experience in independently managing compliance workflows or processes.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission, HIPAA, and OSHA.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with VMS, ATS, or compliance systems.
• Experience managing a high volume of compliance files across multiple clients.
• Background in supporting audits or maintaining documentation that is audit-ready.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow efficiency, documentation, and tracking.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capacity to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the workday.
• Willingness to learn and apply new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to maintain focus and complete work independently.
• Skill in making timely decisions related to workflow.
