This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Review, assess, and investigate reports of suspected misconduct while determining the appropriate course of action.
β’ Document and communicate investigation results, collaborating with key stakeholders.
β’ Oversee and manage the company's case management system and anonymous reporting mechanism.
β’ Assist with routine reporting and conduct root cause analysis.
β’ Contribute to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Business Conduct Program.
β’ Collaborate with the Enterprise Fraud Team and Human Resources Partners on significant fraud investigations, insider threats, and risk reduction strategies.
β’ Aid the Director in maintaining and delivering training on the Guide to Business Conduct along with related ethics policies and procedures.
β’ Coordinate the updates of policies, training, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
β’ Foster stakeholder relationships, promote reporting resources, and advocate for a culture of speaking up.
β’ Support the processes and policies regarding conflicts of interest and corporate governance.
β’ Assist in the development and implementation of metrics related to compliance, investigations, risk assessments, complaints, and mitigation strategies.
β’ Monitor federal and state laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and emerging regulatory changes.
β’ Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience in a related field.
β’ Familiarity with applicable business conduct programs, ethical standards, and relevant investigatory techniques.
β’ Previous internal investigations experience in law enforcement or other government or military contexts may fulfill the experience requirement.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others and cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree is required.
β’ A Juris Doctorate or other relevant post-graduate degree or experience is preferred.
β’ Strong organizational and project management abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality outputs.
β’ Ability to analyze trends and patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to build trust and effective partnerships both internally and externally, including engagement with executive leadership.
β’ Adaptability to changing priorities and uncertainties.
β’ Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, achieving objectives, and performing under pressure.
β’ Must successfully pass a criminal background check and verification of employment, education, and licensing.
β’ Must be bondable.
