Technical Client Service Manager, MSSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for designated clients

• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients

• Comprehend client requirements and expectations

• Proactively resolve client concerns and issues

• Ensure services are provided in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Track service performance and report on essential metrics

• Collaborate with technical teams to address client challenges

• Oversee service delivery projects and implementations

• Supply regular updates regarding service performance, security incidents, and other pertinent information

• Create and present reports on security posture and trends

• Enable communication between clients and internal technical teams

• Assist clients in recognizing security risks and vulnerabilities

• Offer advice on security best practices

• Conduct security awareness training

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MSSP services

• Aid the sales team in client presentations and proposals

• Support client retention by ensuring satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Information Security or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Demonstrated experience in a managed services provider (MSP) or MSSP setting

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

• Background in the IT/Security sector

• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Capacity to oversee service delivery projects and implementations

• Experience in coordinating with technical teams and managing timelines

• Excellent organizational skills
