Client Services Vet Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional telephone triage and general guidance on pet health.

• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.

• Provide support to Greencross clinics across the country.

• Manage inquiries from the website and handle customer service requests.

• Aid in Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives.

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences while facilitating positive outcomes for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

• At least 4 years of experience in veterinary nursing.

• Confidence in clinical settings and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying composed under pressure.

• Skill in making accurate and timely decisions during telephone triage.

• Proficiency in using RxWorks.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and procedures.

• Ability to work independently while staying connected and engaged with a remote team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A genuine passion for assisting pet owners.

• Reliable internet connection.
