Technical Architect, Revit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize advanced Revit capabilities while maintaining high modelling standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Work in collaboration with design teams to convert conceptual designs into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Enhance the firm’s Revit Library and Templates.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultant teams to workshop and refine technical solutions.

• Ensure precision, minimize minor errors, and adhere to CAD and documentation standards across extensive project teams.

• Assist in maintaining documentation standards within large project settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• Possess over 4 years of experience as an Architect (designing and drafting) with strong Revit proficiency.

• Be self-motivated with robust organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.

• Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Have prior experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro).

• Possess Australian project experience, particularly in relation to AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and commonly used Australian building products.
