Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable infrastructure solutions across data centers, virtualization, cloud, and networking.

• Create comprehensive architectures centered on data center design, virtualization, cloud, and advanced networking technologies.

• Prepare client proposals, architectural diagrams, and statements of work.

• Ensure that solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and IT standards.

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, evaluate environments, and present customized infrastructure solutions.

• Maintain robust client relationships as a reliable technical advisor.

• Provide support to sales teams with technical expertise for proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses.

• Assist in the development of POC/POV and solution demonstrations.

• Offer cross-technology guidance to enhance design optimization.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, optimization strategies, and automation practices.

• Deliver innovative, dependable solutions and exceptional client experiences.

• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.

• Identify and escalate security risks while contributing to remediation efforts.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, data center operations, or network architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of leading network and data center technologies.

• Demonstrated expertise with Network and Data Center technologies from prominent manufacturers such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell, HPE, VMware, Pure, etc.

• Proficiency in automation tools, including Ansible.

• Familiarity with infrastructure management tools (e.g., VMs, OOB management, VPN).

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and present customized solutions.

• Strong time management, communication, and technical documentation skills.

• Commitment to ongoing security awareness training and compliance with company policies.

• Must reside in the United States.
