Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead consulting, solution design, and configuration for comprehensive implementation projects from discovery to deployment.

• Architect intricate workflow automation and approval matrices.

• Design and configure solutions tailored to meet customer use cases and requirements.

• Spearhead data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems.

• Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.

• Provide guidance to customers on utilizing AI features to enhance solution adoption and value.

• Participate in system integration activities with enterprise platforms.

• Conduct business and functional analysis for integrations between Malbek and enterprise applications.

• Define integration requirements, business rules, data mappings, field mappings, transformation logic, and end-to-end data flows.

• Collaborate with customer IT teams, integration architects, developers, and third-party vendors.

• Develop and maintain integration specifications, interface documentation, API requirements, mapping documents, and functional/technical specifications.

• Facilitate business process analysis and optimization workshops.

• Execute QA testing and validation of configured solutions.

• Create integration test scenarios and assist with SIT, UAT, troubleshooting, and production validation.

• Document technical specifications and configuration decisions.

• Provide product training.

• Analyze integration challenges, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution among functional, technical, and customer teams.

• Guide customers through best-practice recommendations.

• Potentially lead smaller-scale implementations in a project management capacity.

• Translate complex business and integration requirements into actionable specifications for implementation and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing or administering contract management systems.

• At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred qualification).

• Strong grasp of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.

• Experience in workflow design and business process optimization.

• Exceptional documentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar ERP/CRM/procurement systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML, authentication concepts, and common enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience in defining data mapping, transformation, integration workflows, and interface specifications.

• Experience with SaaS implementation for large enterprise clients.

• Background in implementation and strategic consulting on the adoption of AI solutions within enterprise software.

• Proven ability to leverage AI for efficiency and to enhance technical skills.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage timeline pressures.
