Technical AI Lead, Document Generation, Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI initiatives from conception to execution, encompassing business discovery, solution design, prototyping, architecture, integration, evaluation, implementation, rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define high-impact AI opportunities.

• Assess the suitability of generative AI, agentic automation, document intelligence, traditional automation, or process redesign for specific use cases.

• Develop scalable AI solution architectures that integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG, enterprise data, Salesforce, APIs, document platforms, workflow orchestration, and other enterprise systems.

• Create agentic AI workflows that access enterprise information, analyze business context, utilize tools and APIs, and carry out multi-step processes with human supervision, controls, and safeguards.

• Set up enterprise RAG and knowledge architecture patterns for document ingestion, metadata management, embeddings, vector and hybrid searches, grounding, citations, access-controlled retrieval, and evaluation of retrieval effectiveness.

• Direct document intelligence initiatives for lease abstraction, contract analysis, clause identification, obligation extraction, risk assessment, document classification, document generation, and related Leasing and Legal workflows.

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate project delivery among engineers, architects, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams.

• Establish engineering standards, perform architecture and design reviews, address complex technical challenges, and align stakeholders on dependencies, risks, data readiness, timelines, and adoption strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical leadership, software engineering, enterprise architecture, AI delivery, CRM, data platforms, digital transformation, or closely related fields in enterprise technology.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering generative AI solutions that include LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, enterprise search, document intelligence, prompt engineering, or workflow orchestration.

• Proficient in prototyping, evaluating, and troubleshooting AI solutions using Node, Python, SQL, APIs, JSON, enterprise AI platforms, and contemporary AI development tools.

• Experience in designing agentic workflows that incorporate enterprise retrieval, reasoning, tool or API execution, orchestration, state management, human oversight, safeguards, and performance evaluation.

• Skilled in assessing AI accuracy, groundedness, hallucination risks, retrieval quality, extraction performance, agent or tool execution, and overall workflow success.

• Experience in applying AI to complex unstructured content, including leases, contracts, legal documents, or other enterprise documentation.

• Familiarity with complex Salesforce or CRM environments and associated data, integrations, workflows, automation, reporting, or AI functionalities.

• Background in integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data via APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data platforms like Snowflake or similar technologies.

• Proven experience transitioning AI solutions from prototypes to production, including testing, deployment, monitoring, governance, support, and ongoing improvement.

• Ability to convert intricate business processes and evolving requirements into actionable technical solutions, effectively communicating architecture and AI concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Preferred: Experience in logistics real estate, commercial real estate, leasing, legal operations, contract management, document generation, or related B2B business processes.

• Preferred: Familiarity with CLM, document generation, eSignature, contract analytics, legal AI, or similar document-centric enterprise platforms.

• Preferred: Experience with Dataiku, Snowflake, Salesforce AI capabilities, OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms, vector databases, and enterprise integration technologies.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, API development, developer tooling, and cloud-based application architectures.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership across internal teams, vendors, and globally distributed onshore/offshore engineering teams.

• A clear willingness and capability to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI tools.
