📋 Description

• Create AI agents and workflows based on LLMs in Python utilizing LangChain and LangGraph.

• Analyze business procedures to discover possibilities for AI-driven automation.

• Develop RAG pipelines for knowledge repositories and internal documentation.

• Connect agents with the organization’s systems, APIs, and databases.

• Assess, track, and enhance response quality, latency, and solution expenses.

• Launch solutions into production while ensuring testing, version control, and thorough documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python development, including creating APIs, automation, and integrations.

• Practical experience with LLMs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source variants, alongside prompt engineering skills.

• Skilled in developing AI agents with LangChain and LangGraph, focusing on tool invocation, memory management, multi-step workflows, and multi-agent coordination.

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), covering embeddings, chunking, and vector databases like pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or comparable technologies.

• Competence in integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems to facilitate end-to-end automation.

• Experience in creating services using FastAPI or Flask, along with Docker and Git in CI/CD environments.

• Knowledge of at least one cloud service platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, for deploying AI applications.

• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, RAGAS, or related technologies, including guardrails.

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and connecting agents to external tools.

• Awareness of automation and orchestration solutions, including n8n, Airflow, and RPA.

• Experience in optimizing LLM costs and latency through caching strategies, model selection, and token management.

• Understanding of security and data privacy regulations applicable to AI, including Brazil’s LGPD and handling sensitive information.
