This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Assume technical leadership for the project and offer guidance to the development team.
β’ Make and convey architectural and technical decisions.
β’ Steer the team toward effective and scalable technical solutions.
β’ Establish and advocate for software development best practices and standards.
β’ Engage in the design and implementation of solutions utilizing React and Node.js.
β’ Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet project specifications.
β’ Review technical implementations and provide support to team members.
β’ Identify technical risks and suggest suitable solutions.
β’ Promote ongoing enhancement of the development process and technical architecture.
β’ Ensure solutions adhere to current web standards, security protocols, and performance optimization guidelines.
β’ Assess and incorporate modern cloud and web architecture patterns where applicable.
β’ Work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
β’ Support the team throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
β’ Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.
β’ Extensive experience with React.
β’ Extensive experience with Node.js.
β’ Proven track record of taking technical ownership of projects or development teams.
β’ Demonstrated ability to make architectural and technical decisions.
β’ Experience working on large-scale enterprise projects.
β’ Strong practical grasp of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
β’ Familiarity with modern web standards and development methodologies.
β’ Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
β’ Strong understanding of web application security concerns.
β’ Knowledge of contemporary cloud and web architecture patterns.
β’ Capability to provide technical direction and mentor development teams.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
β’ Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1).
β’ Valid authorization to work in Spain.
β’ 23 days of vacation annually.
