Tech Lead, .NET / Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Direct the creation of comprehensive full-stack solutions utilizing .NET and Angular.

• Oversee the assessment, validation, and in-depth critique of code generated automatically.

• Integrate and manage AI tools for software development, including OpenAI APIs and GitHub Copilot.

• Design AI-enhanced development workflows to guarantee code quality and maintainability.

• Build robust and scalable RESTful APIs using .NET.

• Develop efficient and responsive user interfaces with Angular 19+.

• Employ software design principles (SOLID, KISS) to maintain modular and reusable code.

• Utilize appropriate Design Patterns to address architectural issues.

• Conduct automated testing (unit and integration) to verify software quality.

• Administer and optimize relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Utilize Docker and docker-compose for application development and deployment.

• Monitor systems with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and ELK.

• Work with distributed systems and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus).

• Collaborate on DevOps practices, preferably in Azure environments.

• Communicate with clients in English (intermediate to advanced level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior developer.

• Practical experience with AI tools for software development.

• Capability to design AI-driven development workflows.

• Backend development experience with .NET, ideally .NET 8+.

• Front-end development expertise with Angular 19+ and API integration.

• Application of SOLID and KISS principles.

• Proficient in Design Patterns (Factory, Strategy, Builder, etc.).

• Experience in automated testing (unit and integration testing).

• Familiarity with Docker and docker-compose.

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).

• Familiarity with distributed systems and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus).

• Background in DevOps, particularly in Azure.

• Ability to engage with clients in English (intermediate to advanced level).
