Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead a development team with technical expertise

• Break down complex scopes into tasks with clear contracts between them

• Review code extensively using explicit technical criteria

• Define what is ready to be integrated into the main branch

• Evaluate solutions considering the tech stack, architecture, and data model

• Identify implementations that may seem correct but are technically inappropriate

• Review code produced by developers and AI agents

• Maintain consistency in quality standards throughout deliveries

• Guide the team with direct and objective technical feedback

• Collaborate with architecture and other technical leadership

• Ensure the quality and sustainability of developed solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development

• Experience in technical leadership of teams

• Deep understanding of the project's tech stack

• Solid knowledge of architecture and data modeling

• Ability to make technical decisions independently

• Experience with high-volume code reviews

• Definition and application of objective quality criteria

• Ability to reject technically inadequate solutions

• Specific and actionable technical feedback

• Familiarity with best practices for quality, maintenance, and performance

• Decomposing scopes into independent and well-defined tasks

• Clear definition of contracts and dependencies between deliveries

• Ability to identify technical risks before implementation

• Experience reviewing code generated by Artificial Intelligence

• Ability to critically validate solutions produced by agents

• Independent technical judgment regardless of code origin

• Bachelor's degree or Technology diploma
