This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Technology Director and the Technology Team with daily administrative tasks across the essential tech stack.
β’ Oversee and categorize incoming tickets in Freshdesk.
β’ Address first-tier routine support queries, including standard access problems and basic guidance.
β’ Direct and escalate more complex technical issues to the relevant team members or specialists.
β’ Keep ticket statuses updated, monitor recurring issues, and refine standard response templates.
β’ Manage the provisioning, updates, and offboarding of Google Workspace user accounts and group memberships.
β’ Handle the provisioning, updates, and offboarding of Zoom user accounts.
β’ Conduct basic intranet administration and permission verifications.
β’ Update and sustain intranet content.
β’ Ensure internal technology documentation, how-to guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
β’ Supervise invoicing, subscription renewals, and billing records for technology tools and software.
β’ Monitor monthly software expenses, reconcile receipts, and collaborate with finance/accounting.
β’ Maintain an inventory of software licenses, user seats, and contract renewal dates.
β’ Organize schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with the Director of Technology.
β’ Track project milestones, task lists, and administrative action items within the technology department.
β’ Experience in an administrative assistant, operations, or technical support coordination role, or a related position with transferable skills.
β’ Ability to learn and navigate a ticketing or help desk platform; experience with Freshdesk is advantageous.
β’ Ability to learn and navigate basic user administration in Google Workspace Admin Console.
β’ Comfortable managing intranet platforms.
β’ Highly organized with attention to financial and operational details, including vendor invoices, recurring SaaS subscriptions, and receipts.
β’ Strong written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical instructions clearly and empathetically.
β’ Dependable self-starter who can independently manage a 10-hour weekly workload in a remote environment.

β’ Employment eligibility verification and background screening are required.
β’ Part-time temporary position from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
β’ Approximately 10 hours of work per week.
