Team Leader, Trustee Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Initiate foreclosure actions on defaulted loans and execute foreclosures in accordance with state regulations.

• Acquire necessary Pre-Foreclosure notifications and confirm the legitimacy of documents.

• Conduct research on title search documents from county office records to pinpoint property or title complications.

• Examine borrower information to assess relevant state-regulated protections impacting foreclosure processes.

• Ensure ongoing compliance assessments or audits of internal mortgage procedures.

• Oversee trustee operations activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in voice/semi-voice mortgage processes.

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities with fluent English and a neutral accent.

• Strong analytical and cognitive skills.

• Keen attention to detail.
