This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure ongoing program services are delivered ethically, legally, and morally within a secure and therapeutic setting.
β’ Engage in providing addiction and/or mental health treatment services to both clients and their families.
β’ Integrate recovery issues into the daily lives of clients.
β’ Adhere to prescribed work hours and additional hours as needed.
β’ Maintain client service records in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
β’ Achieve proficiency in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and act as a trainer.
β’ Oversee assigned staff through orientation, training, supervisory meetings, feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
β’ Keep open lines of communication with admissions and discharge planning teams.
β’ Take on on-call responsibilities as scheduled or appointed.
β’ Conduct workshops, lectures, and training sessions for clients, families, staff, and community organizations.
β’ Assist in the formulation of treatment plans and assessments.
β’ Collaborate with treatment team members to address client care needs.
β’ Establish and sustain community treatment partnerships.
β’ Provide case management and group coverage as required.
β’ Ensure a concrete referral is established for each patient, including the date and time.
β’ Act as the designated point person when assigned.
β’ Represent the department in performance improvement committees and organizational initiatives.
β’ Complete monthly reports related to state and county contracts.
β’ Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
β’ Uphold confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Conduct and applicable laws.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service and exemplify positive guest relations.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
β’ Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
β’ Must meet the qualifications for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as stipulated by the Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
β’ Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in computer use is required.
β’ Ability to navigate and document within electronic healthcare records is essential.
β’ Capability to complete required documentation accurately and within designated timeframes.
β’ Valid driver's license and the ability to meet Agency insurance standards.
β’ Knowledge of psychotropic medications and the ability to recognize their adverse effects.
β’ Must pass an occupational health screening.
β’ Must work in a zero-tolerance, drug-free environment, including marijuana.
