This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Co-manage the evaluation layer for campaigns and plays.
• Develop and sustain golden-case evaluation sets that delineate effective next-best-action recommendations in collaboration with GTM-IT, tailored by segment and geography.
• Convert the play definitions and success criteria from go-to-market partners into precise, testable evaluation cases.
• Integrate actual outcomes, including seller actions and effectiveness, back into evaluation sets.
• Establish and uphold the quality standards for deploying AI agents.
• Align shipping protocols with GTM IT engineering.
• Act as the primary liaison between the pod, GTM Organization, GTM Campaign Strategy & Outcomes owner, and GTM IT engineering.
• Ensure that go-to-market intentions are maintained throughout production deployment.
• Over 12 years of software or machine learning engineering experience, including senior or lead roles focused on quality, evaluation, or ML systems.
• Prior experience in designing evaluations for AI/ML or LLM systems, including golden sets, offline and online evaluations, and regression testing of model behaviors.
• Proven track record of translating domain expertise into specific, testable specifications.
• Experience interfacing between non-technical go-to-market stakeholders and engineers.
• Background in the sales domain, either as a former seller or through demonstrable collaboration with sellers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience leading evaluation or quality efforts for a production LLM product is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales or go-to-market domain concepts is preferred.
• Knowledge of LangGraph and Python is preferred.
• Experience mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards is preferred.
• Experience collaborating closely with a partner engineering organization is preferred.
