This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the product marketing strategy and execution of go-to-market initiatives for the GVH portfolio, encompassing new product launches, service expansions, and milestones for the SMR program.
• Develop audience-specific narratives that transform technical capabilities into tangible customer and business benefits.
• Act as a market and customer authority on how utilities, plant operators, and emerging clients assess and make purchasing decisions.
• Monitor competitive trends, industry movements, and regulatory changes to guide positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to refine packaging, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Facilitate sales enablement through tailored messaging, tools, training, and playbooks aimed at fuel, services, SMR, and software customers.
• Establish and monitor product marketing metrics such as launch adoption, pipeline contribution, win rates, and enablement utilization.
• Link initiatives to commercial outcomes and work with Commercial Operations to assess impact on deal closures and revenue growth.
• Develop and oversee thought leadership content, executive presentations, and narratives for customers, analysts, and media.
• Keep stakeholders informed about launch progress, positioning choices, and program ROI.
• Communicate business impact to leadership to inform investment strategies.
• Minimum of 4 years of product marketing experience, including marketing complex, technical, or heavily regulated products/solutions.
• Required experience in B2B product marketing.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strongly preferred experience in energy, industrial, or technical/engineering-focused markets.
• Experience in marketing within energy, nuclear, industrial technology, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
• Background in highly technical, regulated offerings and innovation-driven products.
• Proven experience in establishing and monitoring product marketing KPIs and utilizing data to demonstrate commercial impact.
• Experience in leading product launches and go-to-market strategies across engineering, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Solid technical fluency to engage effectively with engineers, plant managers, and technical buyers.
• Ability to convert intricate technical concepts into understandable narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in equipping direct/technical sales and partner teams with relevant content and tools.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to leverage market research and customer insights to shape positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Enthusiasm for the role of nuclear energy in decarbonization and energy security.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage multiple diverse product lines or offerings concurrently.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information may necessitate authorization from the U.S. Government.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
