Team Lead of Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns from team members.

• Address and resolve escalated or intricate issues effectively.

• Oversee team member performance through encouragement, evaluations, communication, and constructive feedback.

• Supervise daily operations to ensure that performance objectives, policies, procedures, and compliance standards are upheld.

• Facilitate process enhancements by identifying opportunities within systems or workflows.

• Support management in conducting interviews and onboarding new team members.

• Guide, mentor, and provide advice to Care Coordinators and Team Support Specialists.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and caregivers.

• Proven experience in managing or supervising employees.

• Strong background in leading, mentoring, and developing team members.

• Familiarity with performance management processes.

• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

• Capability to provide seamless customer service, engage with customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.

• Experience in data entry and case reviews.

• Proficiency in building rapport and trust with the team.

• Ability to inspire a team to achieve and surpass case management targets or metrics.

• Required computer skills.

• Skill in utilizing technology to identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Composure and patience in customer interactions.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, or other languages is preferred.
