This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as social media, websites, applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, and other resources.
• Evaluate candidates by reviewing their qualifications, experience, and skills.
• Prepare interview questions and conduct pre-interview assessments.
• Advocate for the Employee Value Proposition via social media platforms.
• Assess applications and resumes; connect with candidates through calls, emails, and video conferencing.
• Document notes and details in Workday.
• Gain an understanding of different roles and departmental functions throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to define required skills, qualifications, and selection criteria.
• Create applicant pools and ascertain candidate suitability through interviews and assessments.
• Assist with talent acquisition hiring campaigns and initiatives.
• Investigate and suggest new active and passive recruiting sources.
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and diverse candidate pools.
• Organize interviews using MS Outlook and the internal ATS.
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, lodging, and car services for candidate interviews when necessary.
• Prepare candidate schedules and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Gather and submit HR expenses via SAP Concur.
• Review job requisitions for accuracy during their creation.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition and/or sourcing role.
• In-depth knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract appropriate candidates or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Proficiency in using applicant or sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Experienced in utilizing HR or applicant tracking systems like Workday, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS, etc.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess a general understanding of Internet usage for business purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new online applications and software.
• Outstanding ability to screen candidates, create shortlists, and conduct interviews.
• Experience in formulating hiring strategies and processes aligned with industry trends.
• Strong negotiation abilities and capability to engage with employees at all organizational levels.
• Background in high-volume and repetitive roles.
• Knowledge of diverse recruiting methods and experience in online/social media recruiting.
• Capability to lift supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Candidate must successfully complete the pre-employment process, which includes a criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (if applicable for certain roles), and reference verification.
