Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Analysts in reviewing property reports for both commercial and residential properties from title vendors, ensuring that title issues are addressed in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution departments.

• Manage the Title pipeline, ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), oversee the progress of title clearance, and resolve any bottlenecks.

• Identify and resolve title-related challenges, including secured liens, judgments, and ambiguous ownership.

• Prepare affidavits and request payoffs to eliminate liens or other encumbrances.

• Verify title documentation for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.

• Collaborate with Processing to gather necessary documentation for loan approval conditions and title clearance.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities that enhance title operations and team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Previous experience in a lending or mortgage sector, especially in processing or closing, is highly preferred.

• A minimum of one year of title-related experience in real estate is strongly desirable.

• At least one year of customer support experience is mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capable of navigating internal CRM systems or databases.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Excellent fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must possess your own computer or laptop, as the company does not provide equipment.
