Teacher, Systems Administration & Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging, online instruction focused on systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Create and update educational materials, hands-on exercises, labs, and assessments.

• Offer subject-matter assistance to participants as they tackle practical assignments and technical issues.

• Teach the essentials of Linux, network security, system safeguarding, and incident response.

• Evaluate learning advancements, give personalized feedback, and promote independent problem-solving.

• Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts in Microsoft Cloud and cybersecurity.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth hands-on experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, and networking.

• Strong expertise in Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SSH, and permission management.

• Familiarity with IT security basics, including hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, and logging.

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell, alongside structured technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Excellent teaching and instructional capabilities.

• Experience in adult education or online teaching is advantageous.
