This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the implementation of Edify Academy in both operational and pilot countries.
• Assist in the onboarding process for teachers and leaders.
• Drive the enhancement of programs related to curriculum, assessment, online delivery, in-person mentoring/facilitation, and monitoring and evaluation.
• Provide support for additional Edify teacher training programs once Edify Academy is established.
• Integrate Edify Academy lessons into other teacher training initiatives.
• Become acquainted with and execute Edify’s Global strategy.
• Supervise Program Coordinators in LATAM operational countries implementing Edify Academy.
• Revise curriculum and weave a biblical worldview into course content.
• Utilize user feedback to enhance lesson quality.
• Update assessments to encourage higher-level learning.
• Streamline course flow and simplify content.
• Utilize the proprietary LMS to refresh course materials.
• Track teacher engagement through reports and data analysis.
• Address completion obstacles with Program Coordinators, aiming for a minimum 80% completion rate.
• Review final module and course scores to evaluate engagement quality.
• Establish registration and onboarding processes.
• Create communication channels and document repeatable procedures.
• Train new Program Coordinators in marking, monitoring and evaluation, and participant communication.
• Manage existing Program Coordinators through weekly review meetings, quality checks, user feedback integration, and participant interactions.
• Summarize key learnings and accomplishments on a quarterly basis.
• Experience in curriculum development, including knowledge of integrating a biblical worldview into educational content and experiences.
• Familiarity with online course delivery methods.
• Knowledge of TalentLMS is a plus.
• Understanding of how to leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance learning experiences.
• Classroom experience with insight into teachers’ needs and challenges.
• Exceptional writing abilities.
• Strong cross-cultural leadership and communication skills.
• A personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Edify’s mission.
• A living example of servant leadership; demonstrating humility and a willingness to learn.
• A strong passion for Edify’s mission and addressing global poverty.
• A high level of integrity.

• Must be located in Latin America where Edify operates.
