This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Carry out tax regularization for legal entities at municipal, state, and federal levels, engaging with all necessary authorities.
• Implement intricate regularization processes within payroll, tax, and accounting departments, while also fulfilling federal, municipal, and state ancillary obligations.
• Aid in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for complex services and inform clients regarding expenses and procedural steps.
• Conduct consultative sales of regularization services by identifying the specific needs of clients.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and control reports related to regularization, ensuring record accuracy and clear communication with clients.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on outstanding issues and the status of the regularization process.
• Initiate processes for tax refunds and voluntary disclosures, establish tax installment agreements, and issue payment slips (guias).
• File ancillary obligations such as SPED Contribuições, DCTF - Monthly, DCTF-Web, PGDAS, DASN, DEFIS, and other submissions related to Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido operations.
• Intermediate understanding of tax regulations for companies operating under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido.
• Advanced comprehension of tax regularization procedures across municipal, state, and federal levels.
• Proven experience in filing federal ancillary obligations.
• Experience in tax, accounting, and payroll processes, including the calculation of labor taxes and specific ancillary obligations.
• Familiarity with state obligations (GIA, Sintegra, DIFAL, ICMS ST).
• Intermediate knowledge of basic company registration processes with tax and regulatory authorities.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Capability to prepare complex reports and fiscal documentation.
• Proficiency in establishing tax installment agreements, issuing, managing, and offsetting payment slips.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and municipal online portals and systems.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex outstanding issues, including specific aspects of state tax and payroll notifications.
• Aptitude for preparing budgets and negotiating processes, tailoring fees to meet client-specific requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and tax management software (Questor, SIEG, Acessórias).
• Experience with process management and communication tools such as Tiflux.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting.
