Tax Manager – Social Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the social security function, guaranteeing technical proficiency, operational effectiveness, and value enhancement for clients.

• Manage a skilled team of analysts and consultants, promoting professional growth and high performance.

• Act as a technical expert on social security issues, including INSS, social security contributions, offsets, reviews, planning, and recovery opportunities.

• Ensure the technical quality of outputs, minimize risks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Discover opportunities for savings and recovery of social security credits.

• Keep track of legislative and regulatory developments.

• Execute process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.

• Strong experience in corporate social security matters.

• Prior experience in team management.

• Comprehensive understanding of social security legislation and compliance requirements.

• Experience with offsets, credit recovery, or social security planning.

• Thorough knowledge of eSocial.
