Talent System Administrator

📋 Description

• Create and sustain features, enhancements, and platform modifications for the SaaS talent marketplace utilizing JSON-based methodologies.

• Assist with configuration-driven UI updates and enhancements that involve data models along with front-end and back-end integrations.

• Construct, test, and document changes to ensure reliable releases.

• Investigate and address technical issues as part of the support process.

• Reproduce bugs while analyzing logs, requests, and responses.

• Collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders to convert requirements into effective solutions.

• Deliver prompt platform support, conduct root-cause analysis, and execute follow-up actions.

• Maintain technical documentation for modifications, troubleshooting procedures, and known issues.

• Continuously enhance development and support workflows.

• Design and co-manage end-to-end integration architecture.

• Define strategies for data migration pertaining to initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation processes.

• Lead workshops focused on technical discovery.

• Establish integration design patterns along with governance standards.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools is essential.

• Experience in data modeling and transformation.

• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as REST, SSO, and middleware.

• Demonstrated experience in leading implementations or technical workstreams.

• Knowledge of JSON-driven configurations and integrations.

• Experience in supporting end users as well as resolving internal technical issues.

• Ability to troubleshoot production support inquiries, replicate bugs, and analyze logs, requests, and responses.

• Proven experience in building, testing, and documenting platform modifications.

• Strong collaborative skills with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders.

• Capability to perform root-cause analysis and implement follow-up actions.

• Ability to design and co-manage end-to-end integration architecture.

• Skills in defining data migration strategies, including for initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation.

• Experience in leading workshops for technical discovery.

• Skills in establishing integration design patterns and governance standards.

• Capacity to provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

• Preferred qualifications include UI-related enhancements, SaaS deployment practices, proficiency in scripting or programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#, experience with API testing tools, log/telemetry sources, and familiarity with learning-focused or education technology platforms.
