Talent Sourcing Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates for all available positions, aiming to present three qualified individuals for interviews for each role.

• Actively seek both passive and active candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Microsoft community forums, user groups, and industry events.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics 365 positions, including Field Service, Finance & Supply Chain, Customer Engagement/CRM, along with related Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft enterprise application skill sets.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers during intake meetings to grasp role specifications, client group requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Craft personalized, high-converting outreach messages and multi-step campaigns that engage candidates and enhance response rates.

• Conduct pre-screening calls with candidates to evaluate technical fit, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability, ensuring they fulfill the posted requisition requirements.

• Analyze the market and competitor landscape, including Microsoft partners and end-user organizations, to pinpoint target talent pools.

• Stay updated on the latest sourcing trends and suggest methods to incorporate them into daily practices.

• Maintain accurate and current candidate records and activities in Greenhouse, and monitor pipeline metrics such as response rate, pass-through rate, and sourced hires.

• Automate the reporting of sourcing metrics to management.

• Provide market insights regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and certifications to the hiring team.

• Collaborate closely with Ludia Consulting's executive team to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a combination of both, within an agency or in-house environment.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing for technical or specialized roles.

• Proficient in advanced Boolean search techniques, with confidence in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, alongside a comprehensive understanding of web-based sourcing strategies.

• Experience employing a variety of creative sourcing methods to attract high-quality, passive candidates.

• Background in developing sourcing strategies in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.

• Familiarity with an ATS or recruiting CRM (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).

• Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in crafting persuasive outreach messages.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adhering to tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities, with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

• A data-driven mindset for measuring and enhancing sourcing effectiveness.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Preferred experience in sourcing or recruiting talent for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Hands-on experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and products (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Field Service, and Customer Service) as well as legacy versions (AX, NAV, GP, CRM).

• Understanding of common Dynamics roles, such as functional consultants, technical developers (X++, AL, C#), solution architects, and project managers.

• Familiarity with Microsoft certifications and their correlation to candidate skill levels.

• An established network within the Microsoft partner community or Dynamics user groups.

• Experience in recruiting for consulting or implementation partner environments.
