Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify candidate leads for positions within the Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate sectors.

• Utilize a variety of tools and resources to discover, engage, and attract top talent on a national scale.

• Establish candidate relationships through strategic outreach to cultivate talent pipelines and enhance the overall candidate experience.

• Assist SitusAMC employee referrals through effective communication with both candidates and referring employees.

• Partner with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to pinpoint internal talent and seek diverse external candidates.

• Offer insights on competitors, market conditions, best practices, and talent trends that impact recruitment efforts.

• Collect and maintain data regarding competition, market dynamics, and trends that influence hiring processes.

• Articulate industry and market insights to recruiters and hiring managers to set hiring expectations and provide market updates.

• Gather and monitor sourcing data for analytics and reporting to enhance sourcing strategies and procedures.

• Execute other duties as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of industry and/or relevant candidate sourcing experience.

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or as a Talent Researcher, either in-house or at a recruitment agency.

• Sourcing experience specifically within the Financial Services industry is required.

• Preferred experience in Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate.

• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting is preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering diverse candidate slates for challenging roles.

• Strong understanding of industry, market, and talent trends that may impact recruitment.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, Workday, job boards, professional organizations, and other sourcing resources.
