Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Coordinate purchasing operations related to supply-based performance.

• Generate purchase orders.

• Track supplier metrics and performance in relation to minimum and maximum inventory levels.

• Address issues concerning the delivery of goods and services.

• Supervise corrective measures to guarantee service performance.

• Serve as the main point of contact between parts/service suppliers and the organization.

• Collaborate with Customer Service and program participants to resolve critical part supply challenges.

• Manage the Non-Conforming Inventory (NCI) process.

• Ensure that service level objectives are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commodity buyer.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.

• Must hold a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport.

• Knowledge of and ability to adhere to TSA security protocols.

• Willingness to travel domestically by road, rail, and air as needed.

• Availability for travel.

• Strong communication skills across the organization.

• A conditional offer may necessitate passing a pre-employment drug screening.
