Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and execute sourcing strategies at both market and national levels.

• Identify and cultivate talent pools of both active and passive candidates tailored to specific and critical hiring needs.

• Engage top-tier talent through personalized outreach and initial discovery calls, employing creative methods.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the very first contact.

• Test and implement emerging technologies and tools for sourcing.

• Share effective sourcing strategies and outcomes with the wider team.

• Collaborate with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing teams.

• Exchange search-related information, monitor success metrics, and document achievements to enhance the search process.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition is preferred.

• A proven history of creating innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in Boolean searching and experience with resume platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and HireEZ.

• Capability to engage talent through social media, niche communities, and deep-web searching.

• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.

• Specific skills in iCIMS or Oracle systems are preferred.

• No licenses, certifications, or registrations are required.
