Lead Sourcing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on universities throughout the United States to identify potential recruitment sources.

• Utilize LinkedIn and various recruiting platforms to source prospective candidates.

• Acquire and implement Boolean search methods to pinpoint high-quality talent.

• Engage with candidates and develop talent pipelines.

• Assess candidates based on their graduation dates, areas of study, and specific role requirements.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of recruiting data and candidate records.

• Collaborate closely with the manager to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Familiarize yourself with AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies.

• Share innovative ideas to streamline the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or marketing.

• Willingness to learn LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (previous experience is advantageous but not essential).

• A keen interest in AI and a passion for exploring new recruiting tools.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-driven and eager to acquire new knowledge.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

• Prior internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus.

• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

• Availability to work from 5 PM to 1 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
