This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to actively establish hiring pipelines, set priorities, and determine timelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for recruitment efforts globally and across various functions.
• Research and pinpoint top talent for executive, niche, and growth-oriented roles.
• Reach out to, screen, and evaluate passive candidates for executive-level positions.
• Conduct sourcing calls, phone screenings, reference verifications, and document outcomes.
• Oversee client- and candidate-facing recruitment activities, including preparation and debriefing calls.
• Cultivate relationships and directly source talent through personal networks, LinkedIn, web searches, social media, job boards, associations, and university career websites.
• Track and manage prospects, sources, and applicants using Phenom CRM and Workday ATS.
• Generate recruitment research and status reports for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential profiles and present them to Recruiters.
• Arrange and facilitate candidate interviews, providing preparation materials.
• Participate in online networking events to enhance sourcing tools and techniques.
• Train field staff in innovative sourcing tools and recruiting strategies as necessary.
• Support recruiting project management and collaborate with Recruiters, the Knowledge Manager, Scheduler, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and hiring teams.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in specialized areas or an equivalent combination.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing an applicant tracking system, including reporting and analytics.
• Proven experience in conducting sourcing calls, phone screen assessments, and reference checks.
• Familiarity with social media channel sourcing and online presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
• Advanced internet research capabilities.
• Understanding of recruiting and advanced sourcing techniques, such as Google Custom Search Engine and Boolean Sourcing.
• Experience in coordinating and leading projects.
• Proficient in crafting job advertisements and posting jobs online.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train others effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Box.
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight, changing deadlines.
• Experience in multitasking, being resourceful, and demonstrating persistence.
